Your first step is a short 20 minute one way Zoom introduction delivered in a webinar format. This is not a live interview or a two way meeting. Instead, it is a structured introduction created to walk you through what we do, where we are heading, and how someone could fit into that journey. There is nothing to prepare and no interaction required at this stage, simply your attention so you can understand the bigger picture before deciding whether to move forward. This structure is intentionally designed to give every applicant a fair and equal foundation, allowing you to learn more about us and gain the right level of understanding before committing to more engaged, traditional two way interviews.
Once you have attended the webinar, you will receive a short follow up with a few questions from our side so we can understand your initial thoughts and level of interest. If there is a strong mutual fit, the next stage will be a live Zoom conversation with the team, allowing for open discussion, deeper insight, and the opportunity for you to ask meaningful questions now that you have context. The final stage is a meeting with management, where any remaining points can be clarified and both sides can confidently decide on the right next step together.
